I loved the size of our suite room at Yengice Thermal Resort. The room was spacious, clean, and well furnished. The reception services were excellent and the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I particularly enjoyed the piano in the lobby. The location of the hotel is exceptional, surrounded by a green and peaceful environment, with a lovely lake nearby. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Some rooms offer a peaceful view of the lake, adding to the tranquil experience. the service is prompt and helpful. the breakfast spread is delightful, with an array of options. the thermal facilities and rejuvenating spa treatments are other highlights. It's a perfect escape in the lap of nature.

The restaurant could use some improvement in the presentation and quality of food.

I had a great stay in this hotel middle in the forest. The location is in a green area, surrounded by trees and fresh air. The breakfast was good with a big variety of fresh fruits and cheese. Furthermore, the hotel facilities were amazing, with a huge indoor swimming pool, gym, and a restaurant with a terrace. Finally, the staff was very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service at all times.

the location, although a bit far from the city, was in the middle of a beautiful forest, allowing us to enjoy the snowy weather and play fun snow games like building a snowman and playing with snowballs. the food served was great, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful.

the water in the lake was not very clean, and some furniture in the room seemed old and in need of replacement.

This hotel is located in a peaceful and refreshing area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and spacious rooms with an elegant design. the spa & wellness centre was a highlight of our stay, offering exclusive amenities such as a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Turkish bath. the food at the restaurant was delectable, with special diet menus available.

this was only a minor issue and did not detract from the overall luxurious experience.

Celebrated New Year's Eve at a lovely resort surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh fruits and freshly baked goods. The indoor swimming pool was huge and the spa was great for relaxation after a long day of exploring. The location was perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a calm and peaceful atmosphere.

The resort was somewhat isolated, making it difficult to explore the surrounding area without a car. A few of the amenities, such as the bed linens, were a bit outdated and could use refreshing.
